The use of the software is subject to the terms and
conditions of the license agreement, which is included in the software, and you must read and accept it before
using TuneFab software. Any user's behavior that is not in accordance with the License Agreement is
prohibited.TuneFab products are designed to help people use their fair right to the media content
they purchased for entertainment. For example, remove DRM from iTunes purchased music/videos for playing on
other non-supported devices. In most counties, the copyright law allows the original purchaser to make a copy
of their legal purchase for personal use. But, this law doesn't apply to any country. So, each user should
comply with the local copyright law, and use TuneFab software accordingly and legally.
Use of TuneFab Materials
All logos, splash screens, page headers, images and
graphics displayed on this Site are service marks, trademarks, and/or trade dress (collectively, "Marks") of
TuneFab or its third party licensors. Except as expressly permitted herein, using, copying, transmitting,
displaying, modifying or distributing any Marks in any form or by any means without the express written
permission of TuneFab is prohibited and may violate the copyright, trademark, privacy or other laws.
Feedback
Any comments or materials sent to TuneFab, including without limitation
feedback, such as questions, comments, suggestions or any related information regarding our Software shall be
deemed to be non-confidential. TuneFab shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Feedback and
shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, exhibit, display, transform, create derivative works and distribute
the Feedback to others without limitation and shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques
contained in such Feedback for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing
and marketing products incorporating such Feedback.

services on this website shall be protected by the Copyright Law. TuneFab owns all copyrights unless otherwise
stated. Without prior permission of TuneFab, any commercial purpose use of the content on the site by any

Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold TuneFab, its affiliates and their
officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages,
liabilities, costs and expenses including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your user content, use
of the Site, or violation of any of these Terms.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall the author of TuneFab Software be liable
for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation,
damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other
pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of TuneFab
Software is aware of the possibility of such damages and known defects.
